Meditation Classes

One-to-One Guided Meditation
This is a program based on individual needs. You may simply enjoy a One-to-One stress release session or you may work on specific skills such as improving concentration, or managing physical pain, etc.

Small Group Meditation
If you want to learn or practice meditation with friends and families, you may set up your own group of two to four.
